Private Equity Funds Investments. In the books the different forms of cooperation between the funds and the financed enterprise after its investment process have been analyzed as well as the final stage of cooperation. Their relations with capitalist recipients are based on: mutual business of conducted investment project, long-term cooperation resulting in stable growth, non bureaucratic investment process, assistance of experienced experts in management. The research presents diverse picture of venture capital and private equity investment funds. The decision process of investment is mainly based on identifying the fundamental financial rates describing return of investment and generation of net cash flow. The determinants connected with the quality of management and technology level conducted by the capitalist recipient don’t play a substantial role in taking the decision of investment process.
